Below are some suggestions to help your property show its best while making the most of your investment dollars.

1.  Check windows and doors to make sure all open and close properly.

2.  Have your HVAC system serviced.  Change filters to make sure everything is operational along with checking on heating and cooling systems to make sure they are working correctly.

3.  Install a generator.  Summer storms can be just as devastating as winter ones, and renters will not be happy with renting a property in which the power is out.

4.  Change the water in your hot tub.

5.  Refresh landscaping.

6.  Make provisions to combat pests and insects.

7.  Install or replace lighting especially along sidewalks and pathways.

8.  Have your drinking water tested.

9.  Make sure smoke alarms and carbon dioxide monitors have fresh batteries and are fully functional.
